Eldorado Agritech, the Indian agro-sciences company headquartered in Hyderabad, has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) for its initial public offering (IPO).
The company seeks to raise ₹340 crore through a fresh issue of shares, along with proposing an offer-for-sale of shares aggregating up to ₹660 crore by the selling shareholders.
The promoters of the company are Srinivasa Rao Linga and Usha Rani Papineni, and they will offload shares aggregating to ₹500 crore and ₹160 crore through the IPO.

According to the DRHP,
The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue for the following purposes:
Headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, Eldorado Agritech Ltd is a leading agro-sciences company known for its Srikar Seeds brand. The seed-to-harvest solutions entity is engaged in seed innovation, R&D, crop care products, processing, distribution and marketing of seeds across OPV (open-pollinated varieties) and hybrids.
The company offers seeds across crops like cotton, paddy (rice), maize, Bajra (pearl millet) and wheat, along with other vegetable seeds. The product portfolio comprises 226 hybrids and OPV seeds for 47 crops. As of June 30, 2025, the company has also successfully obtained 269 registrations for its agrochemical formulations from the CIBRC.
Eldorado Agritech Ltd also reported revenues from operations of ₹441 crore in FY25 along with a PAT (profit after tax) of ₹71 crore.
